Yes you can. I have been giving the same with little curd along with it and my pups loves it.

Pumpkin and carrot is fine but potato has a lot of starch and sugar in it so avoid giving it to your pup I personally started giving rice to my pup after he was about 5/6 months old or just curd and rice sometimes if he had a stomach ache However it is up to you

Avoid potatoes.. for now.. rest is ok.. you can give sweet potatos if you want.. Cucumber, Cauliflower and Broccoli, Green beans are alternatives

You said your vet told you to give him rice but my vet said that before 4 months you can't give your pup rice because it has carbohydrate so if you give him or her rice then it will affect so I suggest that give your pup rice after 4 months and of course everybody saying that don't give him potatoes I also suggest that, besides you can give him lots of veggies with rice and obviously it's up to you.

You can add sweet potato 🍠 but not normal potatoes

Plss avoid potato and add some curd

6 months after u can feed rice
