Sometimes, a topical Benzoyl Peroxide ointment is also recommended for ongoing care, and if your dog has a serious case, your vet may also decide to prescribe oral steroids

one reason this might have happened is if you wash your pet's utensils with detergent and some of it was stuck. Our vet suggested to not use dishwash soap to wash our pet's utensils and rather sterlise it in hot water. For medicine our vet suggested to apply a particular hempseed oil to yhe pimple region. But would suggest to consult your vet individually for this.

Nice question Muskan. Dog acne is essentially due to a build-up, clog, or bacteria, oil, and dead skin cells inside a hair follicle.

Oreo is still a puppy and puppies are much more likely to get these acne than an adult or senior dogs, so it's normal.

Also, regular bathing at least a couple of times every month will help your furbaby remain clean. Poor dental hygiene can cause acne around the mouth area, so giving your dog an edible dental treat or brushing their teeth few times a week can help.
For chronic pimples, please do consult the PET EXPERTS or your VETERINARIAN!
