heyy u can go with the lion cut or the bear cut to look comfortable nd cute at the same time In summer try to have a full grooming so that he/she feels soo relaxed from the hotness if he/she is having thick fur in summers then they tend to get irritated alot nd starts itching nd they just feel uncomfortable In winters u can either grow his fur as the temperature will he cold and u can go with any type of cuts to look cute anyways shih tzu looks cute tho I hope this is helpful for you
