Hiii,
My Lab puppy is 5 month old, butter milk+rice is her main course of food, in evening I mix it with some puppy food.
Can you please suggest me for any good multivitamin or/and change in food(I'm giving vitabest derm 5 ml and one calcium powder 1tspoon daily)

This is an highly unbalanced diet, your puppy is not getting the nutrition it needs.
Switch to a good puppy food kibble dry food like Nulo, Orijen, Acana or if not these then atleast ND.
Consult a good vet/dog nutritionist please if you need more help.
