60 days max.. Until that Wipe the entire body and Ear Flabs with Soft Damp Cloth.. After sixty days You can Bath normally but be sure that your are using a Shampoo/Soap that is Recommended for Dogs.. Be Careful with the Ears. WIPE WITH A DAMP CLOTH OR Damp COTTON BALL.. Bathing Once is Two weeks is more than enough..

After vaccination completed you can give bath.

Its better to wait till 1.5 months. And we should bath them in warm water and we can use puppy shampoo.

After 4 months you should give them proper bath. But you can give your pup dry bath meanwhile.
