Is it necessary to change dog food every three months? Or it's okay if I add another brand dogfood alongside the current one?

It is not advisable to change the brand of dog food too frequently, as this can lead to gastric disturbances. The best option is to choose the highest quality dog food that you can afford, and which your dog likes - and stick to it throughout your dogs life.
If you do wish to transition from one brand to another - it should always be done gradually, over a 1 week period to avoid any gastrointestinal issues.
#If you want to switching from one diet to another:-
Day 1: 1/4 new food, 3/4 old
Day 2: 1/2 new food, 1/2 old
Day 3: 3/4 new food, 1/4 old.

It is completely fine for a dog if they are mot ready to change food taste, but it is also important to give all the required nutritions to your baby. If he is not ready to change his food, you should consult a vet first or try to give nutritional treats.

Hey! Food should not be change frequently as it's not sure that the dog may like every type of food or not. For dog every type of nutrient is important so choose a good that is good in nutrition and is eaten by the dog.

Switching your dog's food abruptly can cause gastrointestinal upset such as vomiting, diarrhea, and a decreased appetite.
🔴If your dog loves that food you can continue with the same
◾It will be good if you add boiled egg white , shredded chicken as a change if your puppy is feeling bored

Oh, sure Anirudha. Actually our vet did share one incident wherein one dog developed certain allergy to one food after 5 months or so. So just asked us to keep a check on Gadhu's growth and preference.
